As part of our ongoing post-handover service we arrange a scheduled maintenance inspection to facilitate any building repairs due to wear and tear. Allowing your office to function and run smoothly for the duration of your lease.

OUR FAQ’S

WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS FROM THE ORIGINAL TENDER? No. Golden Section projects are completely transparent in our pricing. All quotes are broken down per trade and the fit-out will be built as documented for the contracted price. Only additions to the scope, such as furniture or joinery, would attract a further charge.

WHICH AREAS DO GOLDEN SECTION CARRY OUT OFFICE FIT-OUTS? Golden Section's core focus is Chennai based office, hospitality and Residential fit-outs. We have also carried out successful fit-outs in Bangalore as well as regional areas.
